16.  Cadastro de inatividade operador - Chat

 Foi adicionado ao cadastro de chat tempo de resposta do operador para que seja o cliente seja notificado quando o operador estiver em outro atendimento.  

 Fluxo para Simulação:   

Acessar a aplicação Omni Plusoft > Acessar o módulo Administrador > acessar o menu Chat > 
Selecionar a tabela Filas de Chat > Preencher a Aba geral o campo de Resp. do Operador.
